How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your 1RS Meal account and all associated personal data at any time. Account deletion is irreversible - once confirmed, your data cannot be recovered.
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Your account profile (name, phone number, email)
- Order history and transaction records
- Saved delivery addresses
- Wallet balance and reward or coin points
- Saved payment details
- All chat and support history
Option 1: Delete directly from the app
Open the 1RS Meal app and make sure you are logged in.
Tap the Account tab at the bottom of the screen.
Scroll down to the Delete Account option (shown in red) and tap it.
Confirm the deletion in the prompt. Your account and all data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you are unable to access the app, email us at support@1rsmeal.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include your registered phone number. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Data retention after deletion
Your data is removed from active systems immediately. Encrypted backups are purged within 30 days. Data required for legal compliance is retained only for the legally mandated period.
